Shop Megaworld reserves the right, including without prior notice, to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household, or per order for any reason, to cancel any order at any time, and/or to refuse service to any customer. We will attempt to notify you should such limits be applied. We will notify you through the email address you provided for any cancellation or change status in your order. We may also require verification of information prior to the acceptance and/or shipment of any order.


Visit shopmegaworld.com, choose the products you want to order, and click buy now. Fill out the customer information & shipping address details, and click check out. Customers will then receive an email confirmation of the order made. MEGAN (Megaworld Lifestyle Malls' Shopping Specialist) will verify the customer's personal, shipping, and order details through the communication channels provided.


We offer free delivery within 10km of the participating mall through a partnered courier. For delivery outside 10km, the customer may choose to book a courier of their choice and may ask MEGAN to assist with their booking. Additional payment will be required based on the total cost of the courier booked by MEGAN. 

All confirmed orders within 10km will be delivered within 2 to 3 days.

Delivery days for all confirmed orders outside 10km will depend on the shipping option of the customer. 

For high value products (P10,000 & above), the customer may pick up the items via curbside pick up or store pick up.


Majority of our participating stores are accepting payment through GCash or PayMaya. Customers may choose to pay through cash or credit card only if they will receive the items via store pick up.


In case item/s need to be returned or replaced, customers need to visit the  participating store's location to process the return in accordance to the store's return policy.
